ADHD isn’t a flaw — it’s a feature.

Brilliant in some spaces. Completely stuck in others. The gap between who you know you are and how your days actually go isn’t a flaw. It’s an ADHD brain that doesn’t have the right tools.

Coaching from someone who gets it.

Adult with late diagnosed ADHD. Parent of ADHD kids. Educator working with ADHD students and families. I built the coaching practice I wish I’d had: curious, compassionate, practical, and ADHD informed.

My Story

For years I was the compassionate one in the room, the teacher who understood the ADHD kids, the parent of ADHD kids who saw the challenges of both the kids and their parents, the person who never judged the struggles of other families.

What I couldn’t see was that I was that kid. I was that parent. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely out of compassion for myself even as others kept telling me how capable I seemed.

It took my own systems breaking down to finally turn the compassion I had held for others inward. My own ADHD diagnosis helped me move from judgment of myself to curiosity about what works for me. I want that same change for you.

My Approach

Curiosity over judgment. Always.

That means we look at the full picture: not just where things are falling apart, but where you’re already showing up, already succeeding, already doing more than you give yourself credit for. It means noticing when you’re measuring yourself against a standard no one else around you is being held to.

When you start to see yourself clearly, this reframe happens naturally. And that’s when real change begins.

For Adults with ADHD

You don’t need someone to tell you to try harder. You need someone to help you get curious about why trying hard hasn’t been enough, and what strategies and tools actually work for the brain you have.

For Parents of Kids with ADHD

You see your child’s potential so clearly. You also see the struggle. The gap between the two can feel heartbreaking. Coaching helps you understand what’s actually happening in your child’s brain, so you can stop guessing and start showing up in ways that really work for them.
